Use this page to ask eprojac Ltd for access to, or correction, deletion, restriction or portability of, personal data held through the eprojac.com website, or to object to how we use it. The Privacy notice explains these rights.
How to request
Email admin@eprojac.com from the address you used when you contacted us, with the subject “Data request”, and tell us what you would like us to do. You can also choose the Privacy request topic in the feedback form, or write to eprojac Ltd, 17 Drakes Close, Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT10 8PQ.
We need to check that the request comes from you. Writing from the address you used is usually enough; otherwise we may ask for other reasonable proof, limited to what we need. Someone else may ask on your behalf if they show your written permission, and we may still confirm with you directly.
What we can do
For this website, we can:
- find the feedback records and emails linked to your email address;
- give you a copy of them, including in a structured, commonly used electronic format;
- correct them;
- delete them, both the record in our database and the copies in our mailbox; and
- stop using them, or restrict their use while we look into a concern you have raised.
Deleted records may remain in database backups for up to 7 days, after which they cannot be recovered.
Some things cannot be found because we do not keep them. We have no log of visits, and our operational logs contain no personal data. The rate-limit counters hold only a hashed network identifier that we cannot link to you, and they are deleted after 2 days. Your theme choice is stored only in your browser: clear the site data for eprojac.com to remove it.
Timelines and fees
We respond within one month of receiving your request, or of receiving anything we need to confirm your identity. If a request is complex, or you send several, we may extend this by up to two further months; if we do, we will tell you within the first month and explain why.
Requests are free. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse it, and we will explain why.
Data held by our products
This page covers the eprojac.com website. For data held by one of our products, use that product’s own process:
- Local pDigger: Local pDigger data requests.
- SeeCodes: see the SeeCodes Privacy Policy; requests go through the Data requests link at the foot of each seecodes.com page.
- SCADA pDigger (pdigger.com): shown by invitation, and data handling for a demo is agreed directly. Email admin@eprojac.com.

US residents
eprojac is below the thresholds at which US state privacy laws apply, so they do not currently apply to it. If you live in the US, you can still ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your personal information as described above. We answer every request, and if a state privacy law does apply to you, we respond within the period it sets. We do not sell or share personal information. See section 12 of the Privacy notice.
