Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use eprojac.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML. Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists and tables, so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the research viewer has keyboard controls.
- Visible focus. A clear focus indicator shows where you are on the page.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the 3D production line keeps its camera steady — no drift, parallax or easing — and the research viewer does not turn on its own. The line’s animation can be stopped at any time with its Pause control.
- Text alternatives. Every 3D scene has a text alternative, and its content is also given as text on the page. If your browser cannot show 3D graphics, you see still images and text instead.
- Light and dark themes. Both themes are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast.
- No time limits. Nothing on the website times out while you are using it.
Known limitations
- The interactive 3D views, the production line on the home page and the point view in the single-frame 3D research viewer, are visual. Their content is also given as text on the same pages, including a written description of the research viewer’s scene data.
- The feedback form needs JavaScript. Without it, the feedback page offers an email link instead.
