What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser, often so that it can recognise you later. Similar technologies include browser storage such as localStorage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting.
In the UK, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require consent before a website stores or reads such information on your device, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for.
What we use
eprojac.com sets no cookies, neither our own nor anyone else’s. The only thing it stores in your browser is your theme choice, and only if you use the Lights switch:

If you have not used the switch, the site follows your device’s light or dark setting and stores nothing. The stored value stays in your browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Because it is strictly necessary to provide the preference you asked for, it does not need your consent.
No analytics or advertising
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media plugins, tracking pixels or any other technology to track visitors. We have not enabled CloudFront access logs, so we keep no per-visit log. AWS processes connection data transiently to deliver and protect the website, as explained in section 3 of the Privacy notice.
Third-party content
None. Fonts, scripts, images and data are all served from eprojac.com, so no other website is contacted when you view our pages, and no other company can set cookies through them.
Links to other websites, such as our product sites, the Service Level Agreement at sla.eprojac.com and the ICO, are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those sites until you follow one, and then that site’s own cookie notice applies. When you follow a link, your browser tells the other site only that you came from eprojac.com, not which page.
Your choices
There is no cookie banner because nothing on this website needs your consent.
- To remove your theme choice, clear the site data for eprojac.com in your browser settings. The site will then follow your device’s setting again.
- If you block local storage, the site cannot remember your theme choice.
- Blocking cookies makes no difference to this website.
